spring coming?

the sun's back! :D i've heard there are to be no more cold days since the day before so we should start preparing for spring SO i should go and take some nice photos as i have the christmasy ones here :)

but still the snow lies everywhere and i'm wondering where it goes every year. i mean we usually dont have floods here but the heaps of snow are really huge. ok, evaporation. but i cant think of it anyway.

i love photos of harbours, ships and stuff and here i really like the light and the old yacht :) i'm thinking about buying one in the future but i don't think sailing is for me i'd probably get bored quickly. but anyway having one might be nice :)

Well, thank you! I specifically went out in the late afternoon to catch the sunlight. It was so cold. The wind chill made it felt like zero degrees. My fingers and toes froze! I couldn't wait to get inside to get warm!!!

It was a fun day because I got a few good photos. I'm learning how to use my new camera. I feel so lucky. I have a wonderful mentor who is teaching me what I need to know.

yeah, sometimes you really want to go and take some photos but it's incredibly cold outside and you just don't fancy a walk. you're forced to make a difficult decision whether to go and catch a cold or lose a good occasion for a session :) well, usually you know what to do ;)

thanks, i'm sitting by the fireplace and enjoying the wonderful warmth :]
